A white wrestler shows up at a party for Japanese wrestlers. He causes a huge brawl to break out with lots of fighting all over the place. Later a young woman gets attacked and starts to change into a mermaid. A challenge is laid out to the most popular and powerful Japanese wrestler to face a series of challenges, one of which stems from a zombie.

Here's another one with a pretty wacky title. The mermaid doesn't really seem to be a zombie, so why it's called "zombie mermaid" I really don't know. The film is pretty easy to follow even without subtitles. It's not like there's a lot of subtlety in films that star professional wrestlers, whether they be American, Mexican or Japanese. There are actually some pretty amusing parts to it, especially the brawl at the party. The wrestling scenes are also kept to a minimum so viewers aren't overwhelmed with endless footage of matches. And I have to say that the acting seemed to be pretty good for a movie that starred a bunch of pro wrestlers.

I give the film a 6 out of 10.
