Story:
A young student meets a strange sailor. The sailor agrees to tell the story of his life for three Danish crowns. The sailor has had a lot of weird adventures, and he actually ends up on a ship of the dead. He is, essentially, a zombie-like being.

Mixed Bag
This movie is really a mixed bag. It's well shot and well directed. The acting is good as well. But it is far more geared for an art film audience than someone wanting to watch a horror movie. I got bored with it. The film was too talky. Others will like it far more than I did.
